This week on the Top Listing Agent Show I am speaking with Venny Saucedo from Century 21 All Stars in Pico Rivera. Venny has been in real estate for 16 years.
The first house Venny sold was a house he was trying to flip and his agent couldn’t sell it. He was unhappy with the long hours he was working managing a grocery store and real estate seemed easy and profitable, so he made the leap and never looked back.
He doubled his income in the first year and went on to sell 22 homes in a month.
