Chadi sold real estate in Dearborn, Michigan, where he was doing very well, but decided he wanted more, he wanted a better life for him and his family and felt like it was outside of Michigan. So in 1999, he packed up his car and drove from Michigan to California for the first time. In Newport Beach, he went to work for one of the best real estate trainers in the world and this is where he mastered the art of selling. Then he felt like it was time to get back into real estate and he did, however, after proving very quickly that all the training he received would work in the market place, he decided to share this mastery with others verses continue to sell real estate. He was very successful with his real estate sales, but it was no longer his passion. As an innovator, Chadi needed to create something new. He created the coaching program that he now uses to help people become Top Listing Agents and overall a better version of themselves.
